A short vignette about spiders, telephones and communication on one side, an enhanced dream about spiders and searching for help on the reverse spine piece. The front cover is distressed and painted board. The front inner cover is covered in light blue-gray book cloth, the back cover is black book cloth. Acrylic-painted, weathered-looking pages are attached to a light gray accordion spine. The gray accordion is connected to a glassine accordion by eight black threads dangling off of the edges. The text is letterpress printed from handset type in olive green, silver and warm red inks.
