A brief exchange about a hat becomes the subject of inquiry about the word "becomes." Letterpress printed from handset metal Typo Roman and Typo Shaded type over a variety of kinds of relief prints (from a plate under the packing, hot glue, pressure prints from shaped magnets, a reduction linocut) all topping Daniel Smith Superfine paper. Folded and dressed in the Crown Binding, hard covers, and inset title block.
